Our hours are flexible and include mornings & evenings. Please call or text to find an appointment time that suits your schedule. If we are serving other clients, we may not be able to take your call. We take care to return all calls within 24 hours, so please be sure to leave a message including your name, phone number, the best time to call & proposed appointment times.

As an independent practitioner, the time I schedule for your appointment is an expression of my commitment to you. Please give me 24 hour notice if you need to cancel, so I can have a chance to fill your slot. Please expect to pay for your appointment if you have not provided 24 hour advance notice, allowing someone else to use my services. I understand that missing an appointment may be unavoidable due to an emergency. If that situation arises, we can iscuss the issue and come up with a solution. In the case of a sudden onset of an illness, I never harge a fee if you call in late. I realize that sickness can come on abruptly and I prefer that you take care of yourself and not come in, especially if you are infectious.
Late Arrivals
If there is an appointment following yours, your appointment will be shorter with full payment due for the scheduled time. If you have to leave on time, your appointment will be shorter with full payment due for the scheduled time. If there is no appointment after yours and there is time, your time can be made up on the other end with no additional fee. Exceptions and understanding are made for emergencies.
